Responsibilities:
o Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and handheld devices, WIFI etc.
o Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
o Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
o Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
o Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
o Switch configuration and trouble shooting
o Support the roll-out of new applications
o Set up new user accounts and profiles
o Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.
o Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
o Manage Backups, Email systems and Licensing renewals
o Manage/Troubleshoot MS Teams, Office365, GMAIL, VPN and Remote Connectivity
Requirements:
o 2 years relevant experience
o Excellent interpersonal skills
o Good written and verbal communication
o Strong experience in handling Windows Server, Network Firewalls , access points
