At Utommuta Stores Enugu, the sales representative is expected to:
- Present, promote and sell products/services, both physically and online to prospective customers.
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure they get the best customer service experience and enhance future sales.
- Promote the bookstore and invite customers for book-tour through active engagement and advertisement of all products/services on all social media outlets.
- Organize book-fare, book-tours and other selling platforms to reach out to potential customers.
- Visit schools, offices, and commercial centers to sell books for their libraries. Aim for a bulk order from the organizations.
- Handle inventory record of books in the store and take account of stock.
- Interact with the walk-in customers and provide them with the books of their choice. Suggest names of books that suit their taste. Assist the customers to make their purchases.
- Communicate with the customers via emails, Whatsapp messages, telephone calls etc. Answer their queries regarding availability of books, book reviews, new launches, price of books, etc.

Salary: ₦40,000.00 - ₦50,000.00 per month
