In the Financial services area, it also analyses and develops these models to assist financial institutions in the transformation of their ecosystem and to view the entrance of new competitors - particularly fintechs - and new customer-centric service paradigms as an opportunity rather than a threat.

We are recruiting a junior consultant for our Milan office will assist the team with projects, focusing on:


  • Definition, evaluation and selection of strategic options for development, economic-financial and organisational planning;

  • Development of business plans and business plans;

  • Feasibility studies for the start-up of new businesses and innovative products;

  • Management of complex strategic, industrial and organizational reorganization and business integration operations;

  • Definition and implementation of the commercial strategy of the main financial institutions (e.g. reorganization of distribution networks, marketing plans, pricing models, etc.);

  • Market analysis, benchmarking and expected evolution of the main sectors /business segments in the financial market;

  • Definition of operating models and performance improvement programs also through the use of innovative technological solutions;


Our consultants are called by the top management of the main Italian and international financial institutions to solve the most urgent and difficult problems and to identify the best solutions.


To be the ideal candidate you can not miss:


  • Master’s degree obtained or being obtained in Economics, Management and/or Management Engineering;

  • Strong problem solving skills and strong intellectual ability;

  • Important analytical skills and understanding of problems and criticalities;

  • Lateral thinking to bring innovation and positive changes in customer companies;

  • Customer orientation and result and strong determination;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with our customers;

  • Excellent knowledge of English, better if supported by an experience of study and/or work abroad;

  • Excellent knowledge of the MSOffice Package, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
