Are you ready for your new challenges?
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Consumer & HCP (Health Care Professional) engagement teams, creating high-quality, engaging content that informs and inspires our audience. This will be via multiple channels, such as websites, newsletters, and presentations for meetings.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing informative and engaging content for our website and CRM platforms.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as our Marketing, Medical, and Digital teams, to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Editing and proofreading content for accuracy and readability.
  • Managing the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Tracking and analyzing content metrics to improve engagement and conversion rates.

We are looking for a Content Lead to join our Infant Nutrition Marketing team, consisting of passionate professionals working towards nurturing a healthier future for every parent and baby. We are a great mix of many different nationalities with different backgrounds.


This position is based at our Nordic Head Office in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and you will report to the Nordic Marketing Manager for Infant Nutrition.

Professional skills:
The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or related fields. You are used to working independently with multiple projects and deadlines. You should also have an interest and background in nutrition, as this will be beneficial in developing content that resonates with our audience. In addition, you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Health & Nutrition, or a related field - perhaps also a Master's.
  • A few years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Spoken and written fluency in both English and one of the Nordic languages.
  • Knowledge of basic SEO best practices, analytical tools, and CMS are seen as advantages.

Personal skills:
The position will support 2 different teams, so it will be important to be able to prioritize and work with multiple stakeholders, while also having tasks that require more concentration and attention to details. In addition, you:

  • Are a self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Are able to work independently, but also with key stakeholders.
