Agent Service Generaux [Luxembourg]


 

  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have, providing an overall welcoming environment.
  • Assist security by monitoring visitor access
  • Helping visitors to navigate through the office
  • Addressing visitor questions and needs. This oftentimes includes performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
  • Meeting room management
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
  • Maintain the general office filing system

Profile:

  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak fluently English, French, Luxembourgish and German. Polish, Dutch, Russian or Portuguese would bring a competitive advantage
  • Because you will be the initial contact for visitors, customers and guests, you must have excellent customer service skills, be a problem-solver, and gracefully assist unhappy visitors.
  • Proficient in communication skills, oral, verbal and written practices
  • Strong phone skills
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • High level of professional personal presentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Punctual with strong attendance history
  • Ability to collaborate, to remain calm in any situation and open-minded.
