- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have, providing an overall welcoming environment.
- Assist security by monitoring visitor access
- Helping visitors to navigate through the office
- Addressing visitor questions and needs. This oftentimes includes performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed
- Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
- Meeting room management
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Maintain the general office filing system
Profile:
- High school diploma or general education degree
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak fluently English, French, Luxembourgish and German. Polish, Dutch, Russian or Portuguese would bring a competitive advantage
- Because you will be the initial contact for visitors, customers and guests, you must have excellent customer service skills, be a problem-solver, and gracefully assist unhappy visitors.
