From your base in Den Bosch, you will work with state-of-the-art tools. Together with the rest of the team, you are part of the Maintenance & Failures functional value chain. As an information analyst, we expect you to have the right expertise in this value chain.


Job Description


As an information analyst in the Maintenance & Failures value chain, you will be responsible for management and development of the systems used within the chain by our colleagues in the field. Moreover, your analyses facilitate continuous improvement of system design. You keep an ear out for the needs of the business (our colleagues in the field) and know how to ask the right questions to get to the core of a challenge. Thanks in part to your efforts, we can demonstrably control the Maintenance & Failures value chain.

We will be facing several tough challenges in the coming period, including setting up SAP PM in SAP4H, a new ICT support tool for work management. Our workfield is complex, with many dependencies within systems and processes. To tackle all these challenges, we work together in multidisciplinary agile teams. We join forces to take ICT support for the maintenance and failures process to a higher level. And at the same time, we learn an awful lot from and with each other.


Job Requirements

You have a strong analytical mind, understand business/IT processes well and can present complex information in a transparent manner. It goes without saying that you closely follow all the latest developments in the field. Partly as a result of this, you suggest ideas even before colleagues in the business ask for them. You think along in a proactive and solution-oriented manner, have a good eye for results and are a team player.

You also bring this to the table:
• Higher vocational or university education or equivalent level of professionalism/analytical ability, plus 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Affinity with ERP systems or willingness to learn and grow in this regard (sap4H).
• Experience in connecting policy, business and ICT
• Training or experience with Agile/Scrum and SAFe
• You are also highly communicative, results-oriented and customer-oriented.


Salary and Benefits


In exchange for your energy, Enexis will take very good care of you. Here's what you can expect:


• A gross monthly salary between € 4,358 and € 6,226 at the full-time (40 hours/week) rate.
• This consists of a base salary in scale 15 between € 3,611 and € 5,158, supplemented with a personal budget (10%) and a 13th month (10.7%).
• Vacation bonus in the amount of 8% of your gross salary.
• 24.5 vacation days with option to purchase 35.5 additional days.
• We contribute 70% of your ABP Flexible Pension premium.
• You receive a smartphone and laptop or tablet that you can also use for personal purposes.
