Customer Care Center [Philippines]


 

Job Overview:

Customer Care Center Account Specialist is primarily responsible in the timely, accurate, and end-to-end accounts management of post-booking inquiries, requests, and complaints (IRCs) received through various communication channels. It is also his/her duty to provide reports, as needed, and participate in all process and system advancements relative to his/her task.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Handling of IRCs received via email, phone call, or chat

  • a. Generation of information from available system resources
  • b. Coordination of information to concerned units
  • c. Utilization of available system/technology solutions to create or build up customer information and properly document various transactions and activities involved in a particular case
  • d. Provision of timely updates by communicating with the Buyers or Authorized Representatives through various communication channels

2. Conduct of outbound calls to unattended clients to ensure that all calls are accommodated and facilitated and proactively provide updates and follow-ups to clients

3. Management of financial transactions, such as but not limited to cash advances (CA) and reimbursements for transportation, representation, and miscellaneous expenses, and CA liquidations

4. Participation in any process improvements and system enhancements/developments concerning the core responsibilities of the team

5. Preparation of reports to the Functional Leads, Heads, Management, and Brand, as needed

6. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior and the Management, in general, which are necessary for the accomplishment of the core work and other project deliverables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Care Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
