To strengthen our motivated Talent Attraction Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Recruiter (m/f/d) .
Your Role
- You find talents for our diverse profiles of leaders and specialists within a successful team
- You support our hiring managers in recruiting processes and advise on search strategies
- You are ambitious to constantly improve our standard processes and candidate journey for local and international positions
- You contribute with your ideas and active participation in our employer branding initiatives
- You are not afraid of KPIs and you are looking forward to use our new cutting-edge recruiting system
Your Profile
- You understand recruiting as a human-to-human process and professional, personal service
- You have profound experience in recruiting, like to work in an international environment and you can manage different stakeholders in Englisch and German (C-Level)
- You like to have fun, experiment with agile methods and you are also up for an after work cocktail once in a while
