Nokia’s People organization is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.


What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will

  • Act as an expert on SAP tool.
  • Responsible for the execution of all transactions in SAP P24 according to guidelines.
  • Provide support to internal customers related to HR tools.
  • Create, maintain, and modify employee information and data in HR tools.
  • Ensure the quality of HR data and HR products, tools, and process implementation.
  • Create reports using different HR databases.
  • Provide professional expertise to carry out assignments/projects to specify systems and/or implement them.
  • Participate in special projects related to HR implementation tools.
  • Deliver/maintain and improve HR products and services, as directed, OR provides generalist expertise and support to a group of employees in the implementation and delivery of HR practices

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Bachelors in Business Administration or related field.
  • Knowledge and previous experience with SAP.
  • Knowledge of Excel / MS Office functionalities
  • Fluency in English is a must

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Knowledge in Automation & Power BI
  • Knowledge in various HR & compensation tools and Services
