Recruitment Specialist - Work from home (Human Resource) [Malaysia]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in full cycle of recruitment process
  • Accountable for sourcing, conducting interviews and assess job applicants in accordance to clients' needs and requirements
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
  • Managing job offer process and negotiating salary package
  • Deliver positive candidate experience and act as career advisor to candidates
  • Explore new and existing channels to look for suitable candidates
  • Other administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or equivalent is preferred
  • Possess 1 year of recruitment/ talent sourcing experience
  • Experience working in recruitment agency will have added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player and result oriented
  • This is a non sales and non commissionable position

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
