Responsibilities:
- Engage in full cycle of recruitment process
- Accountable for sourcing, conducting interviews and assess job applicants in accordance to clients' needs and requirements
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Managing job offer process and negotiating salary package
- Deliver positive candidate experience and act as career advisor to candidates
- Explore new and existing channels to look for suitable candidates
- Other administrative duties
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or equivalent is preferred
- Possess 1 year of recruitment/ talent sourcing experience
- Experience working in recruitment agency will have added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player and result oriented
- This is a non sales and non commissionable position

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
