We are delighted to be looking to recruit an experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our great team of professional and dedicated individuals. This role is based on a 5 out of 7 day week and predominantly consists of shifts between 07:30am - 16:00pm
The main responsibilities/requirements for the role will be (but not limited to):
· To ensure all our guests consistently receive the highest levels of food and beverage service, dealing with any queries promptly and efficiently
· Communicate and delegate tasks to the food and beverage team effectively, working closely with the kitchen team to ensure guests are served in a timely manner

· Be able to demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills, have a ‘can-do’ attitude and positive outlook with excellent communication skills
· Equally adept at working alone and as a part of team, showing fine attention to detail and be able to work at pace without compromising on standards
· Provide a positive first impression to our guests, anticipating their needs and always ready to go that extra mile to ensure they have a truly memorable visit
· Demonstrate good product knowledge, being ready to make recommendations and maximise opportunities to upsell at every point of contact
· Always work within agreed Health and Safety and Food Safety requirements
