Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Customer Data Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Play a pivotal role in our CRM/Marketing Automation efforts, contributing to the creation of relevant communications and an exceptional customer experience for our Regulars.
- Collaborate closely with CRM/content specialists and Martech teams to develop smarter campaigns, streamline processes, and enhance automation.
- Operationally build, design, and manage target group selection flows and campaigns to ensure precise customer targeting, timing, channels, offers, and pricing.
- Maintain cross-functional interactions within the organization, fostering collaboration and problem-solving across teams.
- Lead campaign and tool development, acting as a catalyst for innovative solutions and contributing to issue resolution.
- Work in an agile manner, engaging with colleagues to collaboratively address challenges and align priorities.
What you bring:
- Extensive experience (3+ years) in working with large databases, focusing on commercial target group segmentation to enhance customer retention and growth.
- Previous work in a similar role involving campaign tools and marketing automation.
- Proficiency in SQL, with at least 3 years of practical experience.
- Strong interest and knowledge in CRM and marketing practices.
- Technical background with a post-secondary education in technology/systems science, preferably in conjunction with marketing.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Fearless in exploring new approaches to development and learning.
- Ability to comprehend complex technical system landscapes and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Familiarity with agile working methods and principles.
- Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in technical roles involving campaign tools, databases, and CRM/Marketing Automation.
- 3-5 years of experience working directly with databases.
- Proficiency in SQL, demonstrated through at least 3 years of practical application.
- Strong knowledge within Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly in database-related aspects, is highly advantageous

Salary: 30,000.00kr - 60,000.00kr per month
