Description
Position: Deputy Team Leader Water and Wastewater
Type of contract: Consulting Agreement
Assignment: Full-time
Location: MENA Region
Project start date: End of September 2023.
Project duration: end of 2026.
Time input: Full time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the project together with the Team Leader
- Liaison with key stake holders
- Participate in the design of the WWTP
- Responsible for managing the construction supervision using FIDIC codes of conduct
Qualifications and skills:
- B.Sc. Degree in either Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Qualified /Registered Professional Engineer at Egyptian Engineers Syndicate or approved equivalent in their country of origin.
- 20 years of experience in the water and wastewater sector including experience managing the detailed design of at least three (3) WWTP.
- 10 years of experience in the water and wastewater sector including experience managing the construction supervision of wastewater treatment plants WWTP especially those financed by donors (FIDIC) in the last ten years.
- Fluency in English.
