1. Make sure daily production line sanitization is carried out correctly.
2. Carry out line startup preparation (shrink tunnel, bottle coding, carton coding ,carton , VIS & etc).
3. Issue material request to Store and receive according to daily production requirement if PMC not available.
4. Prepare production checklist and record to filler, packing before start shift.
5. Collect check list or output record and submit for Supervisor review.
6. Attending machine setting / changeover and report abnormalities observed.
7. Make sure carton & bottle coding was set correctly during product production from time to time.
8. Support production line during worker absence / Rest.
9. Allocate inventory such as cap, preform , label & carton to machine / work station.
10. Make sure workplace in good cleanliness.
11. Make sure product produce according to quality requirement (ISO / HACCP).
12. Make sure facilities such as shrink tunnel, aircon, conveyor , filler machine , carton and bottle coding machine being properly shut down before knock off)
13. Reject and scrap at line being recorded, posting into ERP & dispose properly to designated area.
14. Involve in monthly pipeline cleaning and sanitation.
15. Involve in monthly / yearly stock take.
16. Make sure packing material being scan at every process stage thru handheld in ERP
17. Make sure balance packing material is weighed, packed and label the quantities.
18. Perform any other related tasks when assigned by immediate superior.
