The Project Coordinator will work with the project team to ensure successful delivery of the assigned project. This requires preparing, planning, executing and controlling all aspects of the project. Successful delivery requires monitoring and controlling financials, works schedule, resources (including subcontractors) as well as working with the project stakeholders (internal and external).

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Build professional relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Manage the interests of all stakeholders involved in the project (customers, Honeywell, suppliers, etc.)
  • Produce, maintain, and make available baseline project documents using project workspaces
  • Ensure correct planning and management of the project during execution using Primavera & SAP
  • Deliver the project fully utilizing standard builds and standardized work
  • Monitor and control the project's financial status (EAC, billings, cost budgets, milestone payments, rebates, warranty)
  • Report the status of assigned projects on all key metrics accurately (resources, technical issues, customer satisfaction)
  • Manage the process of scope definition and change control, including estimating and negotiating contract/scope variations
  • Establish and execute detailed plans to mitigate risks and realize opportunities
  • Apply Honeywell QA and project management procedures
  • Report new business opportunities to account managers
  • Work with the planning team to develop detailed work schedules, daily and weekly metrics, and reporting data
  • Support project proposals with deliverables such as risk/opportunity assessment, estimate, project plan, and planning
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes for project management procedures, guidelines, and tools
  • Visit client sites frequently in different locations (cities, deserts).

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on ELV systems
  • PMP/PMI certified as a project manager
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale ICT/ELV related projects, including budget ownership/management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting, and planning
  • Strong technical background and commercial expertise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power Point with excellent computer, presentation, and technical writing skills
  • Has knowledge and understanding of the marketplace and general business environment
  • Familiar with quality principles such as TQM
  • Understands the interrelation of different functions within their own organization
  • Knows the overall key business objectives and goals.
