The Role & Key Responsibilities:
Manage production of client quarterly and annual reporting and related accounting activities;
- Oversee clients’ audit process;
- Perform investor AML-related risk assessments and due diligence checks;
- Perform periodic review of investor AML/LYC files;
- Review FATCA/CRS returns and oversee filing process;
- Address client and investor queries;
- Ensure regulatory and tax filings are completed on time;
- Act in accordance with the Apex Code of Conduct;
Skills Required:
- Has relevant experience of 5-8 years in a similar role incorporating the above functions,
- Has knowledge of Private Equity fund structures and the fund administration industry,
- Understands Regulatory requirements of Private Equity funds,
- Knowledge of e-Front / Yardi Voyager preferred,
- Has professional degree in accounting or finance,
- Quick to grasp and implement knowledge,
- Has strong MS office skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
- Possess excellent interpersonal and written communications skills,
- Be a proactive team player with a positive attitude towards problem resolution with strong attention to detail,
- Has ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Has ability to multi-task and manage projects
