We are seeking a Freelance Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist in locating qualified candidates in the IT sector on an as needed basis.
You will work independently, setting your own schedule, and utilizing your own tools, resources, and personal networks to source candidates that meet our qualifications. This is a freelance position as our recruiting needs will vary and compensation will be dependent on the hiring of sourced candidates. Compensation will be 10% of sourced candidate's salary.
You will need to have exceptional communication skills and a knack for connecting with people. You must be resourceful when searching for qualified candidates and have the ability to persuade candidates to entertain new opportunities. Furthermore, you must be skilled in screening candidates so only the most highly qualified individuals are forwarded for review.
