Türkiye’de herkesin bildiği ve kullandığı, sevilen uygulama letgo için doğru ve olumlu kullanıcı deneyimi yaratma konusunda tutkulu, çalışkan, sorumluluk sahibi, başarı odaklı ve letgo’lu olma heyecanını şimdiden hisseden Satış Destek Uzmanı arıyoruz.
Rol, letgo oto plus ekibinin analitik, güçlü iletişime sahip ve sonuç odaklı bir ekip üyesidir. Satış Destek Uzmanı, Lokasyon Müdürü’ne bağlı olarak İzmir ofisimizde görev alacaktır ve showroom faaliyetlerinde ekibin geri kalan üyelerine destek olma konusunda kritik bir rol oyanacaktır.
Sorumluluklar;
- Satış hacmini ve çevrimdışı dönüşüm oranını artırmak için yeni satış stratejilerini uyarlamak
- Satış süreçleri ve evrak takibi konusunda ekibe destek olmak
- Stok yönetimi konusunda ekine destek olmak ve showroom stoklarının belirlenmesinden sorumlu olacak
- Araçlarla ilgili bütün bilgilerin güncel olmasından sorumlu olacak
- Siparişi stok ve araçların düzgün bir şekilde yüklenmesinden sorumlu olacak
- Satışı ve satın alınması gerçekleşecek araçların depo ve showroom arasında lojistik operasyonunun sağlanmasıdan sorumlu olacak
- Noter işlemleri sürecinde yer alıp, evraksal işlemlerin takibini yürütecek
- Araç ilanlarının websitemizde düzenlenmesi ve organize edilmesinden sorumlu olacak
İhtiyaç duyacağın yetenek ve tecrübe;
- En az önlisans mezunu
- İlgili sektörlerde (tercihen otomotiv sektöründe) en az 3 yıl tecrübesi olan
- Start-up kültüründe çalışmak konusunda heyecan duyan
- MS Office programlarını ve özellikle excell kullanmak konusunda deneyimli ve yetenekli
- Gelişmeye ve yeni yaklaşımlar denemeye açık
- Görevleri zamanında tamamlarken detay, doğruluk ve bütünlüğe büyük önem verecek
- B sınıfı ehliyet ve temiz sürüş kaydı olan,
