Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the operation of storage/database/middleware products, building a product operation platform, including but not limited to the improvement of operation process, systematic construction of operation platform, cost analysis, increase of user scale and brand influence Improve the satisfaction of external key customers and internal business parties 3. Follow up key product data indicators through user research, data analysis and other means, gain in-depth insight into user needs, and improve product competitiveness 4. Be able to integrate internal and external resources, conduct cross-departmental collaboration, and work closely with production research and sales teams to promote the implementation and development of product commercialization.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years experience in Internet and cloud computing product operation 2. Good data analysis ability, language and text expression ability
