The Opportunity: Full-time Accounts Administrator

You’ll be a key member of our team, supporting the companies’ day-to-day accounts receivables, accounts payable, processing payroll and assisting with client finance-related enquiries. You’ll be supported by our wider team and external accountants.

This is a full-time role in a hybrid work environment with a minimum 2 days a week in our Barangaroo office.

The salary range is 55k - 65k per annum + benefits:

  • Hybrid office/work from home
  • Bonus birthday and additional 3 days religious holidays leave
  • Regular company socials

The role will entail:

  • Manage accounts receivable, generate invoices
  • Collections of overdue accounts
  • Reconcile transactions and ensure all income and expenses are allocated to the appropriate areas
  • Proficiency in Xero is essential
  • Process payroll for our 35+ ANZ team
  • Assist with managing payroll tax and superannuation lodgement
  • Manage updates to workers' compensation and insurances
  • Ability to multi-task, be self-motivated and confident in communicating with clients by email and phone if needed
