The Opportunity: Full-time Accounts Administrator
You’ll be a key member of our team, supporting the companies’ day-to-day accounts receivables, accounts payable, processing payroll and assisting with client finance-related enquiries. You’ll be supported by our wider team and external accountants.
This is a full-time role in a hybrid work environment with a minimum 2 days a week in our Barangaroo office.
The salary range is 55k - 65k per annum + benefits:
- Hybrid office/work from home
- Bonus birthday and additional 3 days religious holidays leave
- Regular company socials
The role will entail:
- Manage accounts receivable, generate invoices
- Collections of overdue accounts
- Reconcile transactions and ensure all income and expenses are allocated to the appropriate areas
- Proficiency in Xero is essential
- Process payroll for our 35+ ANZ team
- Assist with managing payroll tax and superannuation lodgement
- Manage updates to workers' compensation and insurances
- Ability to multi-task, be self-motivated and confident in communicating with clients by email and phone if needed
