Job Summary
Product & Solutions Marketing defines marketing strategies and manages products and services throughout their life cycles to meet and exceed revenue and profitability objectives. This family identifies customer needs and conducts market research to inform marketing strategies and offerings. This family also defines pricing, positioning, promotion, branding and distribution to drive customer loyalty, sales growth and improved profitability.
TW/HK business management role will be responsible for driving business achievement in Taiwan and Hongkong by collaboration with distributors, coordinating cross-department cooperation and explore new sales opportunities for further growth.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • EndoCore product management
    • Generate product strategy based on insights of market, customer, and competitor analysis, promote products in innovative way to achieve business goal and drive constant growth.
    • Execute product management like forecasting, pricing, branding, promotion, data analysis etc. with collaboration with sales team and supporting function.
    • Develop specific programs to further expand market coverage and win growth in lower tier cities with deep understanding market dynamics and customer demand in lower tier city market.
    • Set new product launch plan, ensure launch excellence, and achieve key succuss indicators by integrating resources of marketing and sales.
    • Take charge of BU level program/activities to contribute in BU development.
    • Build up and maintain good relationship with national KOLs.
  • TW/HK business development
  • Drive business achievement and growth by manage business partners in Taiwan and Hong Kong bases on ordinary communication, coordinating with supporting depts. and solving problems when needed.
    • Cooperate with QRA team for registration and regulation related affairs and coordinate with legal and other depts for agreement and responsibility terms.
    • Exploring new procedure/product opportunities in TW/HK market, provide product/promotion related support and build academic activities to achieve sustainable development.

Qualifications
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Strategic thinking, have good data analytical skills and presentation skills
  • A good team player with strong communication and coordination skills
  • High self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility, positive and innovative thinking

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • 5+ years experience in medical device field
  • 2+ years in marketing role is preferred, have experience in marketing strategy setting and product management
  • Have experience in design projects bases on specific business target
  • Computer Skills
    • Proficient in using OFFICE software and good statistical and analytical ability
