A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Support the technology adoption by attending to cases during a surgeon and staff member’s learning sessions.
- Support the use of technology attending cases during clinical cases until the system is safe for use by the Hospital.
- Cooperate with Medtronic field service engineer (FSE) and the hospital staff to prepare the operating room to host the HUGO™ RAS-system Meet with the robotic program stakeholders and develop program goals and metrics for HUGO™ RAS-system. Conduct regular program review meetings to remain on-track.
- Communicate to customer the training plan and coordinate the participation in external Medtronic training and providing supervised post-training cases as needed.
- Develop a training plan to support staff to include attendance at a Medtronic off-site training class and support staff through their learning curve. Serves as a technical resource to support marketing teams in planning Medtronic's local inventory.
- Serves as a technical resource to support the sales team as an advisor on the instruments to be requested and tracking orders. Internal reports - Enter data and generate reports about the account.

- Bachelor's Degree: Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technologists or any health related area
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Clinical experience in the operating rooms or experience working with critical patients or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) required.
- Intermediate Microsoft office
- Upper intermediate to Advanced English level required
Nice to Have
- 5 years of experience in the commercial area of medical devices or equipment (scanners, magnetic resonance imaging, large equipment).
