หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

Identify needs for change :

  • Explore and analyze research (including Exploring new trends or new business practices) and data collection to grab new opportunities and improvements to apply in business
  • Initiate awareness among businesses and stakeholders for transformation opportunities
  • Lead and facilitate with businesses and stakeholders to realize business situations and gaps in order to translate them into solutions designed
  • Work closely with businesses and stakeholders to realize business requirements and translate them into solutions designed

Diagnosis (Gap measurement), analysis:

  • Look forward to business impact from gap analysis, reporting, and analytics
  • Develop, and apply the Assessment Process framework and solutions/best practices among various business
  • Codify knowledge/practice from across business or other businesses as transformation goals
  • Lead and facilitate with business and stakeholders to realize business situations and gaps in order to translate them into solution design

Initiate ideas, and design prototypes :

  • Identify key drivers of business which will be assessed, define resources to perform assessment
  • Lead and advise the team to set up the products; system, tools, implications, and recommendations
  • Validate and approve the design criteria, test plans and scenarios, and deliverables of each step before proposing the decision-making committee
  • Present options to project leader and the committee for selection, modification, and endorsement
  • Manage overall meetings and workshop sessions to achieve their objectives

Govern and deploy for execution :

  • Propose proposal, governing rules for processes and systems to decision-making committee
  • Align governing rules for processes and systems with other systems
  • Ensure timely update of 2P2S provided
  • Lead project rollout governance to ensure all aspects of the projects are aligned and risk being managed
  • Manage resources, projects, and programs

Conduct change management (ADKAR) :

  • Assess and develop change management capabilities to involve employees, business leaders and the whole HR team in the transformation needed
  • Oversee the process of transformation and secure buy-in and commitment from leaders and stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholder feedback and expectations
  • Ensure mitigation actions are well-planned and executed
  • Roll out the change, with integrated communication plan and executive-level support - Work with management in the delivery of client engagements and associated outputs, supporting the team in day-to-day client management, project management, and client deliverables
  • Track leading and lagging measures of success (capability development, efficiency, and outcomes)
  • Verify gap closing plan to ensure project's smooth operation

Consult, and provide recommendations:

  • Advise and recommend for next steps to sustain the program processes and systems executed
  • Motivate & coach team, influencers and leaders to achieve higher performance
  • Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to project team, and stakeholders related
  • Coach and counsel line manager regarding deliverables; tools & frameworks, mechanisms, and application
คุณสมบัติ:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource, Organization Development, Management, Economics or related fields
  • Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
  • Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 750)
  • Having at least 5-10 years of experience in Competency Development / Learning Management/ Training / Talent and Leadership Development /Project Management is preferable
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations
  • Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and creative problem-solving skill
  • Able to take oversea post for minimum of 2 years(Vung Tau Province, Vietnam), and to work and adapt quickly in different cultural environments
