Customer Service Officer [Thailand]


 

Department: Knauf Plasters Sales

Job Location: Saraburi Plant, Nongkhae, Saraburi Province

Report to: Industrial Plaster Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Order processing administration

  • Monitor the sales volume to meet sales budget
  • Handle, organize and manage the sales support system for all orders including export, domestic and trading.
  • Managing order to complete delivery on enquiry date
  • Organize the Sales reports, customer database and Monitor sales information system/statistics/customer files
  • Ensure the delivery of samples to each customer enclosed with required documents while having close consult by Sales executive and R&D
  • Managing sales execution of compound business

Team management


  • Develop him/herself to have the concrete core competency and advantageous skills that benefit to company
  • Coordinate order processing between Sales department and production planning, warehouse, CS and Logistics section


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or related fields.
  • Good command of English both spoken and written
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills


Experience:

  • At least 3 years' experience in Customer Service, Sales coordinator or Logistic experience will be advantaged.
