Requirement and job description

  • Should have flawless communication in English as well as Hindi.
  • Must have soft skills, active listening skills with prompt resolution giving capabilities.
  • Should be having problems solving attitude.
  • should be confident enough to deal with PAN India customer Should have good typing speed and accuracy

-speed : 3D WPM (minimum)

- Accuracy: 90 % (minimum)

Minimum qualification required: graduate.

Experience of minimum 6months is required in BPO on paper (experience letter or last 3months salary slip along with appointment letter)

Salary: up to 18k

Should be having system and broadband connection with the Configuration:

- 8 GB RAM

- 15 processor

- Windows 11

- Broadband internet speed - 20MBPS [both uploading & downloading]

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
