About the Job
You will have the opportunity to be part of an international IS team focused on delivering exceptional IS services and solutions by working closely with the business stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
  • Market/local communication and coordination of IS incidents, e.g. malware infections or data breaches, including coordination with market/local and global functions (e.g. ITSec, GIS, Global IT and SOC).
  • Registration of security incidents and notification to local stakeholders and to ITSec.
  • Participate in projects, M&A and acquisition of new systems/vendors as an advisor to ensure security is considered as early as possible in the process and compliance with applicable security requirements is achieved.
  • Monitor locally managed infrastructure in the scope of information/IT security (e.g. vulnerability management, AV protection).
  • Support and promote the global and local information security training and awareness activities.
  • Assist the market/local organization on RFP’s, Security Questionnaires and Due Diligence reviews performed by Clients, Supervisory authorities and other authorized parties.
  • Follow up continuous improvement with responsible stakeholders like closure of identified vulnerabilities, security incidents, compliance gaps, and implementation of risk mitigations plans.
  • Represent the market/local Unit in the Global Security Fora.
  • Facilitate market/local audits of user rights and user access management processes, supported by ITSec.
  • Provide the global functions (e.g. ITSec, GIS) with regular status reports based on established templates about market/local security posture.
  • Conduct an annual security self-assessment.
Professional Experience & Qualifications
  • Strong academic background in relevant field.
  • Prior working experience in in (security) incident response.
  • Knowledge of common technical and organizational information security controls.
  • A broad conceptual understanding of IT systems, networks, application and cloud security.
  • Familiar with ITIL processes.
  • Familiar with at least one of the following security standards ISO27001/27002, NIST-CF, COBIT,PCI-DSS or similar (preferred).
