Office Admin
- We are hiring an Office Admin who will work with all three of Parkwall Holdings Limited brands and stakeholders for each brand. This role will involve a mix of office administration for the brands and personal assistance to the managing director. Fluent english is a necessity.
- Must hold or be completing business degree (or similar degree)
Responsibilities
- Update quotes, orders and invoices for the business.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Personal Assistant for invoices, accounts, bills etc.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and booking enquiries for the restaurant & pub.
- Reporting to managing director, general manager, marketing manager.
- Book meetings, stationary purchases, and anything else needed by the business to function.
- Excellent attention to detail and a self-starter.
- Filing of paperwork.
- Distributing of post.
- Assist with general administration, filing and data entry.
Requirements
- Must hold or be completing business degree (or similar degree)
- +2 years experience working in a similar role.
- Experienced in customer management with strong people skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communications skills, highly organised with an ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft package.
