Business Development-
· Drive and achieve sales targets as set by the company
· Responsible for promoting our meal plan sector within corporate offices, schools, nurseries and universities
Relationship Management-
· Point of contact with the client.
· Weekly meeting with the COO to update on the issues/concerns at each location
· Escalate and direct the concern to the relevant department (Compliance/HR/Accounts/Events etc)
· Receiving event requests from clients and forwarding to accounts department for quote.
Day to Day Operations & Staff Management -
· Take an update on the staffs working hours and absentees from the PIC.
· Make sure that all the documentation is in place-Staff file and other required docs.
· Handle staff disputes related to their specific location
Sales & Inventory control-
· Make sure to achieve the sales target at each location and have a meekly meeting with the COO to discuss the same
· Maintain sales target for each location and answerable for the not achieving the set target
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
