Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with a warm and bright smiles to create an excellent dining experience
- Delivers excellent customer service to all customers and maintains a calm presence in a fast-paced challenging environment
- Various service functions include but are not limited to taking orders, set-up/clean-up the tables, serving the food/beverage, ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant, attending to customers’ needs, etc., …
- Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of the menu and daily specials
- Reporting directly to the Outlet Manager
Requirement
- A friendly personality and positive service attitude are a must
- Fluent English is a must
- Strong sense of responsibility in job duties
- Energetic team player with good communication skills
- We welcome candidates with no experience but are passionate about servicing and have a positive learning attitude (hands-on training will be provided)
- At least 1 year of F&B servicing experience will be a plus
