We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Global Benchmark Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing benchmark activities across conventional product groups and regions.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and project management skills.
Your main duties:
Further develop and maintain a comprehensive benchmark database that includes competitor dampers as well as internal reference dampers
Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish benchmarking goals and timelines
Manage and execute benchmarking studies to verify our position versus our competition and identify best practices and technological or cost opportunities for improvement
Analyze and interpret benchmarking data and prepare specific reports that effectively communicate highlights to our internal stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement efforts by sharing benchmarking insights and collaborating with relevant stakeholders
Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected level of quality
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to inform benchmarking strategies
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor degree in engineering, Automotive or related field
3+ years of experience in benchmarking or related field
Good project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills
Good written and verbal English communication skills
