Role Summary:
We are looking for an Visa Consultant & Travel Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of visa regulations, documentation requirements, and application processes for various countries, tourism field and costumer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice to clients on visa/travel requirements and application processes for different countries.
Upselling the travel packages, hotels and insurance according to client request;
Assist clients in preparing and submitting their visa/documents applications.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on visa regulations and any changes that may occur.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers to expedite visa issuance when necessary.
Assisting the clients by answering the phone calls, emails;
Monitor and track visa application statuses and provide timely updates to clients.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 1 experience in Middle East or customer services and sells skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
