Senior Product Consultant (Accident & Health Product)

Provides support for end-to-end process of new product development and product enhancements, from idea generation, product concept evaluation, product implementation (systems & process preparation, OIC filing, product documentation) to post launch review.
Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya
- Provide support for market, competitor, and customer research, product portfolio data analysis to understand the customers’ needs, customer segmentation, and market landscape to develop product roadmap and product strategy
- Lead related parties to ensure readiness of systems and process before launch of new products and product enhancements from a product and business/customer point of view
- Develop product materials and participate in product working group to ensure sales materials are aligned with the approved product design
- Prepare product-related documents, policy wordings, and liaising with the regulator (OIC) for product approval, and other matters
- Provide training to the trainers and related internal parties before product launch
- Gathers and analyzes feedback, and conduct performance analysis after product launch for continual improvement
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or equivalent.
- Minimum 6-10 years experience in insurance industry and health care
- Good English language skills
Nice to Have
- Strong background in product development / implementation / project management
- Understand in insurance risk, and analyzing skill
- Details-oriented skills
