Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Plan, launch and operate the oversea product strategy with management level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive product development from ideation to delivery.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitive threats.
- Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and user stories, ensuring the product meets the needs of our target audience.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and user satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Lead or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of web3/ transaction/ financial technology and a keen awareness of industry trends.
- Has successful experiences of planning, launchin and operating the oversea product strategy.
- Demonstrated success in leading the development and launch of successful products from concept to market.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Agile/ scrum methodologies and a track record of delivering high-quality products on time.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
