Assistant Educators [Australia]


 

We are seeking Assistant Educators who are excited about our vision and values and are dedicated to ensuring children are given the opportunity to become the best that they can be. The role will see you working collaboratively with fellow educators to deliver a play-based learning program. You will be supported by an exceptional team and will be given every opportunity to learn and grow, fostering the most professional, caring, and positive experience for all children, families and peers.

You will work with your team to create innovative and exciting learning programs for children in family grouping settings based on children's settings based on children’s interests, strengths and abilities; in addition, you will create fluid free-flow indoor and outdoor learning environments that inspire and motivate children to learn, imagine and create.

Essentially, you will hold:

- ACECQA Approved Certificate III or working towards

- A strong understanding of the early years learning framework and the national quality standards

- Prior experience in a long day care environment

- current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis

- valid Western Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance

- full working rights in Australia

Salary: $AU54,000.00 – AU$65,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating roster
