Chat & Email Representative [India]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and email.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate problems when necessary.
  • Offer personalized and professional assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide effective support.
  • Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat or email support capacity.
  • Strong typing skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficient in using chat and email platforms or software.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of inquiries.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
