Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and email.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate problems when necessary.
- Offer personalized and professional assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide effective support.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat or email support capacity.
- Strong typing skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficient in using chat and email platforms or software.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide appropriate solutions.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of inquiries.
