收貨文員 (Receiving Clerk) [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Job Responsibilities:

· Control and maintain a proper receiving procedure for handling invoices and delivery orders
確保處理發票和交貨單程序正確無誤

· Ensure and control sound checking procedures for goods delivered against the market lists or purchase orders
根據採購訂單及市場清單檢查交付的物品完好無缺

· Weigh, count and inspect items delivered against specifications on the invoice and the market list or purchase orders
根據發票、市場清單或採購訂單上的規格對交付的物品進行稱重、計數和檢查

· Working hours: 08:00am-18:30pm (10 hours rotation shift, 5 days work week)
工作時間: 上午8時至晚上6時半(每更10小時,每週5天工作,輪班輪休)

Job Requirements:

· 1 years’ experience in receiving position or similar, or an equivalent working experience with combination of education. Preferably in hospitality industry is an advantage
1年以上相關工作經驗,如有酒店經驗可獲優先考慮

· Holder of Diploma or Vocational Certificate is an advantage
持有相關領域的文憑或職業證書可獲優先考慮

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
熟練使用Microsoft Office貨單程序正確無誤

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16,860.00 per month
