Job Description
Identify and develop potential, sustainable customers relationship
Sales lead pipeline creation & monitoring - Direct and Nomination Cargo
Drive relationship with key stakeholders in the supply chain such as Carriers, Transport, Vendors etc
Develop high performance services culture within the department. Plan, organize and direct efficient and effective functional department
Promotion of door to door and other value-added services to the customers
Provide leadership through effective communication of vision.
The Successful Applicant
Age not over 38 years old
Bachelor's degree in any fields
Min. 4-5 years of work experience in freight forwarding industry
Direct experience in ocean freight
Hunting Personality
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivation and Strong Project Management skills
