Responsibilities:
- Assists the Manager in developing projects related to internal operational procedures. Coordinate with various departments involved, including the development of work systems with relation to the Credit Operations of the company and other related teams.
- Conducts market research and ensure that the company stays ahead of the competition.
- Assists the Manager in coordinating with relevant departments to collect various data for development of work and projects, report results, problems and solutions of each project to implement.
- Assists the Manager in the Quantitative and qualitative analysis of business operations, including the evaluation of the projects for use in strategic planning and improvement of internal operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder, any course
- Possesses above average ENGLISH COMMUNICATION skills (both written and verbal).
- Background in Business Development, Credit Management, or Sales & Marketing in the field of banking or financial services business.
- Excellent MS Office (MS Excel) skills.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Candidates must be willing to be assigned in ORTIGAS CENTER, PASIG CITY.
- Can start ASAP.
