Perfect Store is a pivotal component of our Off Premise strategy, playing a crucial role in shaping strategies and monitoring the performance of Red Bull's in-store execution. The data for Perfect Store is collected through the PSA program, conducted in over 60 markets worldwide, and through Red Bull's internal Field Sales teams, who perform audits using the proprietary Field Sales application DRIVE. Additionally, a new tool called GET (Global Execution Tracking) is currently being developed to further enhance data collection.

Given the significance of this data in decision-making processes, ensuring a seamless flow of information from various source systems into the BI (CDM) reports, along with ensuring data accuracy, is of utmost importance.For that reason, we are looking for a International Sales Data Specialist that will be responsible to ensure a smooth transition to the new Perfect Store concept and facilitate the staggered adoption of the GET tool across different countries. This includes providing high-quality BI reports and working on enhancing the reporting solutions to meet the evolving requirements of the FoPS project and GET app. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including the HQ Off Premise team, markets, IT, and the external PS agency. Additionally, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for designated markets, offering support on PSA, DRIVE, GET, and BI Reporting. Your role will involve working closely with these markets, providing guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth operation of the systems. By effectively fulfilling your role as the International Sales Data Specialist, you will contribute to the success of the Perfect Store program, support the implementation of the Future of Perfect Store concept, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job Description

Lead and manage global Perfect Store performance reporting

The International Sales Data Specialist will take the lead in developing BI requirements from the business side and work closely with BI IT teams to ensure the development of a functional and user-friendly new reporting setup. Additionally, will oversee IT test management, consult with IT teams on test cases and conduct user acceptance tests. Data quality of reporting will be a key responsibility, including the maintenance of global KPIs and dimensions in accordance with our global sales standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining the Sharepoint Intranet site for Perfect Store Performance Reporting and providing BI-related materials to support the roll-out of the Future of Perfect Store (FoPS) concept. This role will involve managing market change requests, signing off on change requests, supporting testing efforts, and providing documentation for end users. Furthermore, the International Sales Data Specialist will manage Perfect Store-related business planning requirements, including the necessary BI interfaces to the Global Business Planning tool. Finally, you will provide consultation on the integration of Perfect Store into CPM Trade Terms.

Act as the Perfect Store BI & Insights ambassador

As the International Sales Data Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for BI questions and Perfect Store insights requests from the International Off Premise teams. Additionally, you will provide support to the Global Head of Sales Data Management by conducting ad-hoc analyses as needed. Your expertise in BI reporting will be utilized to assist the Sales Data Manager with cross-functional projects. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback on Business Plans for Perfect Store and related initiatives.

Act as global Point of Contact for any Perfect Store Performance related topics

As the International Sales Data Specialist, you will have the responsibility to manage all aspects of the internal field sales applications, DRIVE and GET. This includes tasks such as training, quality control, reporting, and providing market support. You will work closely with the PSA Manager to ensure data quality and program continuity, while also identifying opportunities and addressing any market questions or concerns. Another important aspect of your role will be onboarding new local key users on Perfect Store Performance responsibilities, including BI reporting. Additionally, you may be required to lead Perfect Store taskforces in assigned markets as needed.

Qualifications

University Degree in Business/Commerce, technology or other related disciplines

Excellent English Skills

A minimum of 3 years working on business applications, reporting and/or CRM environments

Team oriented, well organized, self-driven, hands-on and flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment

Ability to work effectively with international Sales Teams and internal Key Stakeholders

Understand cultural differences and enjoy working in a diverse job environment

Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in time

Quickly and accurately analyses complex trends and data and communicates in an easy-to-understand manner

Functional awareness of analysis tools (esp. MS Excel, BI)

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
