Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business teams to identify and understand their requirements, and develop a compelling business case.
- Evaluate the current state and carefully analyze the stated requirements of stakeholders to accurately define the business needs within the specified scope.
- Engage with project teams to craft detailed requirements, including user stories, Functional/technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Assess and recommend appropriate technology solutions by sourcing and evaluating alternatives, ensuring the chosen solution aligns with stakeholders' needs.
- Effectively manage conflicts, issues, and changes, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and the project team regarding the scope of the solution.
- Plan and project manage the implementation and maintenance of various systems and initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless deployment, adoption, and operationalization of the solutions.
- Continuously analyze the impact of requested changes and propose improvements to address evolving business needs. Collaborate with the support team to understand and resolve technical issues during the Operations & Maintenance phase.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related subject area with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Prior working experience in IT project management, business analysis, application solutioning design and testing
- Participated in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably using Agile Methodology
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence
- A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind
- Ability to learn and apply
Preferred Skills:
- Business Analysis certification
- Past Project management or Business Analysis experience
- Knowledge or hands-on project experience in Azure and AWS, APIs & Microservices environment.
