KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

管理垂直市场漏斗并针对现有和新的商机进行市场和业务分析(趋势、应用、客户分析、竞争格局、监管影响等)。 确定公司增长和差异化的关键领域;

Manage vertical market funnel and conduct market and business analysis (trends, applications, customer profiling, competitive landscape, regulatory impact, etc) for existing and new business opportunities. Identify the key areas of growth and differentiation for the company

与商务领导一起为公司战略提供建议和实施方案,并将战略与行动计划联系起来,以在中国实现可持续的收入和单位增长目标(结合提高利润率),提高整体市场份额和公司品牌知名度;

Advise on and implement company strategies with commercial leaders and link strategy to action plans that will achieve sustainable revenue and unit growth targets (combined with increased margin) in China, increasing overall market share and company brand awareness

与销售团队合作以推动区域内的行业产品组销售;与销售和管理层合作,确定新的商机,审查销售渠道,确定并发展和维持 KOL 关系。

Collaborate with Sales Teams to drive vertical product sales within region. Work in collaboration with sales and management to identify new business opportunities, review sales funnels, identify, and then develop and sustain KOL relationships.

Drive focused support programs and customer visits to progress opportunities within highly strategic high opportunity accounts / Key Customers (collaboration with local Sales Team vital)

Support Annual Conference/Event/Seminar/Seminars planning (and delivery) within [Region] focused on lead generation and brand visibility at the solution.

Accountability for sales funnel of local opportunities in MSCRM and pharma portfolio opportunities in MSCRM, delivering regular data reports and updates including key performance indicators such as sales revenue, key actions and general results of activities.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

生物科学、生物技术、生物化学相关专业,硕士及以上学历;

Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related majors, master degree or above.

至少3年以上生物药相关工作经验;有业务/市场相关工作更佳。

At least 3 years related experience in pharmaceuticals. Business/marketing development experience will plus.

较强的沟通能力及团队合作精神;

Solid communication skills are required, and have teamwork spirit

英语听说读写流利;

Proficient at English listening, speaking, reading and writing

熟练使用OS办公软件,例如:Word、Excel、PowerPoint;

Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
