A vibrant Startup company in the AdTech industry, located in Rothschild Tel Aviv is looking for an Administrative Manager (Bookkeeping & Personal Assistant) to join the team.

If you are detail oriented, organized, problem solver and a team player – you might be the one we are looking for.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and recording day to day financial activities, Management of bank accounts balances, monitor all income and process payments to suppliers, Salaries and more.
  • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  • Work closely with the company's CEO, and assist with personal matters as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Finance Admin / Office Manager or a similar role.
  • Excellent English both writing and verbal.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Bookkeeper 1+2 certificate - an advantage.
