• Take Ownership and Review processes which supports Business strategy and Annual Targets in the areas of Demand & Supply Planning, Distribution Planning, lead and facilitate Sales and Operations Planning
• Implement supply chain strategy which is aligned with the business strategies. Translates the relevant business needs to interdependent supply chain activities.

• S&OP Processes: Steer Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP), balance demand and supply, develop feasible solution together with sales, production, supplier and logistic.
• Supply Chain process design and implementation：setup of new process, business module within BU by coordinate with function depts, supplier and service provider, in compliance with government & country-specific legal laws and regulations. Document process for implementation and track development for continues improvement
• Cost Management: Proactively looks for efficiency improvement, operational excellence and cost savings opportunities to contribute to the company’s profitability and a sustainable competitive position for BASF.
• Inventory Management: Establishes and implements inventory control procedures in order to maintain optimal stock level to fulfil customers’ needs, at optimal warehousing cost and working capital cost. Manages dysfunctional and slow-moving stock proactively to minimize working capital cost and avoid inventory scrapping.
• Collaboration: Maintains strongly collaborative working relationship with internal business partners and external business partners (suppliers, tollers, logistics service providers). Exchanges best practices with other supply chain organizations
• People Management：Responsible for team performance result, motivate, coach and develop planner to improve skill and behavior to meet the changing business dynamics Targets; providing instant instruction to team in emergency cases like urgent order, capacity constraint or quality crisis.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain / logistics, engineering, business or related field is required
• Working Experience: 5 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, business management or operations is required. Experience within the chemicals or materials industry is preferred.
• Other requirements:

oKnowledge of supply chain processes including demand planning, S&OP, master production scheduling, and inventory management required
oA strong working knowledge of SAP or other ERP planning system, inventory management
oGood communication skills
