REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any course
- Must have at least 5 years of proven working experience handling a team as a Warehouse and Fulfillment Manager
- Must have a good record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Strong leadership skills is required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel
- Hard working and trustworthy
- With very good interpersonal skills
- With good leadership and managerial skills
- With excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Has the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Detail oriented with strong follow-through and a focus on execution
- Is willing to work in the Merville area near Parañaque
- Is willing to render work on alternating Saturdays
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will be responsible for the day-to-day activity of the entire warehouse and fulfillment operations
- Strategically plan and manage the fulfillment, warehouse, and transportation needs of the Company
- Keeps track and optimizes the quality, quantity, and stock levels, delivery schedule, transport costs, and efficiency
- Overseeing daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
- Processes daily orders by creating pick tickets, filling orders, and shipping.
- Ensure orders are being filled and shipped timely and accurate.
- Prevents product damage and shrinkage, accidents, and occupational hazards.
- Effectively monitors the flow of goods through the inventory management system and warehouse physical storage.
- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that there is enough product available to meet demand without having excess inventory that could be damaged or become outdated
- Keeps track and maintains the Company vehicles, including but not limited to a preventive maintenance schedule, repairs, mileage, and other related concerns that may arise.
- Arrange and plan out a warehouse, plan routes, and process shipments and deliveries
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints regarding products
- Work proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations from the clients and the Management
- Supervise, coach, and train the entire warehouse and fulfillment team
- Ensures the order and safety of the warehouse
- Strategically manages warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Oversees receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
- Sets up the layout and ensures efficient space utilization
- Initiates, coordinates, and enforces optimal operational policies and procedures
- Adheres to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
- Maintains standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
- Manages stock control and reconciles with data storage system
- Prepares annual budget
- Liaises with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
- Plans work routes, assign tasks appropriately and appraises results
- Orients, coaches, and motivates employees
- Asks and receives feedback and monitors the quality of services provided
- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday | compressed working time (9:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
Alternating Saturdays | only twice a month (9:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
