The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Process Engineer at Automotive Aftermarket and Home Health and Auto Care divisions in Çorlu Plant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead by example, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace is maintained at all times
- Achieve the required quality standards ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction
- Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are monitored and targets achieved
- Liaise and coordinate with all functions to progress issues concerning production to ensure delivery of products within all relevant quality specifications
- Ensure safe working practices are maintained and ‘Standard Operations’ adhered to
- Ensure that non-conformance is challenged and counter-measures are agreed and implemented
- Through the utilization of lean manufacturing techniques, strive to exceed the company targets in productivity, efficiency and quality on a continuous basis
- Promote Total Productive Maintenance procedures to further improve the availability of the lines
- Contribute in the improvement of working procedures by constantly looking for solutions to ensure the best productivity results of your machinery group and ensuring compliance with procedures, operating instructions and work instructions
- Lead follow up to customer concerns. Identify and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures. Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues
- Ensure all external and internal auditory standards and improvement requirements are met.
- Responsible for organizing the training of operators for products and processes
- Always search for new manufacturing technologies and implement new processes as necessary.
- Join incident, accident and non-conformity investigations and associated reporting and action closure.
- Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- Engineering Degree preferably in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- Minimum 2 years of process or production engineering background in a production environment preferably within multinational companies and in chemical processes
- ERP/MRP (SAP) knowledge is an asset
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- All applicants must be fluent in English, proficient in MS Office
- Residence in Çorlu area is preferable

- Being analytic thinker, system/process minded and strong drive to manage projects in cross-functional environment
