Customer Service / Florist
Upton Party Store in New Westminster, BC is looking for one full-time and one part-time customer service to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged. Experience in Flower shops is an asset.
Responsibilities

*Greet customers and make them feel at home *Answer any questions the customers may have *Assist Customers in preparing their orders *Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment *Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications

*Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees *Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments *Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have *Able to carry heavy loads up to 20 kg. *Good communication skills with customers

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.75 - $18.00/hour.
